Case Study 3: Making a guide easier to use without decreasing its value as an IR communication tool

Major women’s innerwear maker

IR Issues

The client was faced with the task of creating a compact IR communication tool in the form of a brochure that could be distributed to investors unfamiliar with the company at such events as overseas IR forums and domestic forums for private investors.

Response Plan

In response, Edge International included the maximum volume of IR information possible in a compact manner within a small document consisting of only four A4 pages.

  1. We sorted the basic information necessary to understand the company (profile, five-year financial summary, management plan, segment information, overseas expansion, shareholder returns, corporate history, and stock information) and presented it in a concise manner.
  2. By using a number of photographs, graphs, and tables, we created a visual IR communication tool, rather than one to simply be read.
