IR Issues

As a relatively new company, with only 15 years having passed since it was established and 5 years since it went public, the client was faced with the IR issue of raising awareness and communicating its growth potential in a simple, easy-to-understand manner. To address these issues, the client decided to distribute newsletters to securities companies that were unaware of it, as well as to current shareholders. For this reason, it was necessary to develop these newsletters in a manner that effectively communicated the appeal of the client company to investors in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.

Response Plan

In response, Edge International considered the perspective of the reader to develop a simple design that made it easy to understand the key points of the newsletter at a single glance. Not settling with making a basic performance report, we worked to ensure the client’s uniqueness and its business strategies were as easy-to-understand as possible. The end result was a newsletter that portrayed the client’s value as an investment in a few pages.

  1. Using a variety of graphs and tables, we made important points easy-to-understand at a single glance.
  2. Following the president’s message, we included a report on the progress of the client’s initiatives geared toward strengthening its business platform.
  3. We then reported on the client’s efforts to lay the foundation for the next stage of growth while leveraging its strengths.
  4. We instituted a mid-term reader survey.
